Exclusive Custom Topline Licence

Effective upon delivery of the completed custom topline

This agreement governs the use of the exclusive custom topline vocal recordings and related materials provided by Ur Trax Need My Vox.

By purchasing a custom topline service and receiving the completed files, you agree to these terms.

1. Parties

Licensor: Ur Trax Need My Vox
Licensee: The individual or entity purchasing the custom topline service

2. Licence & Rights

You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the custom vocal recordings and topline created specifically for your project by Ur Trax Need My Vox.

This licence applies only to the custom vocal recordings and topline provided.

Ur Trax Need My Vox will not sell, license, distribute, or provide the same custom topline or vocal recordings to any other party for commercial use.

Ur Trax Need My Vox retains ownership of the underlying songwriting and publishing rights in the topline, including the melody and lyrics, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying songwriting, publishing rights, or writer shares.

3. Permitted Uses

You may:

Create new musical compositions using the custom topline.
Record, produce, and release finished songs commercially.
Distribute music on digital streaming platforms.
Sell recordings as digital downloads.
Perform the resulting music live.
Submit finished works to labels, distributors, publishers, sync agencies, or similar services for consideration.
You own the final master recording(s) you create using the licensed materials.
There are no limits on the number of releases using this topline.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Resell, re-license, distribute, or share the original vocal recordings or raw files separately from a finished musical work.
Use the vocals in sample packs, vocal libraries, or similar products.
Register the raw vocal recordings or stems in any content identification system in a way that restricts Ur Trax Need My Vox from exercising its retained rights.
Claim ownership of the original vocal recordings or underlying songwriting rights.
Use the vocals or topline for sync licensing, film, television, advertising, games, or other audiovisual use without prior written approval from Ur Trax Need My Vox.

5. Credit & Marketing

Credit is not required but is greatly appreciated.

Ur Trax Need My Vox may use reasonable excerpts of the vocal performance and/or finished recording containing the topline for portfolio, promotional, website, social media, and other marketing purposes.

6. Delivery & Refunds

All files are delivered digitally following completion of the custom topline service.

Refunds for custom topline services will be handled in accordance with the Ur Trax Need My Vox Website Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Licence & Usage Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights or remedies that apply to the purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Licence & Usage Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Ur Trax Need My Vox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the custom topline service.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
