These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website (www.urtraxneedmyvox.com), your purchase of non-exclusive toplines, and your use of our custom topline services.

By accessing our website, purchasing a topline, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable law.

To purchase non-exclusive toplines through our website, you are required to provide your name and email address and create an account.

Your account allows you to access your purchased toplines and related files after purchase, including retrieving files again if required.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and maintaining the security of your login information.

You agree not to share access to your account with others or allow unauthorised access.

We use your account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Services

Ur Trax Need My Vox provides:

• Custom topline writing services for producers and artists.
• Non-exclusive topline vocal recordings available for purchase.

Custom topline services are agreed directly between the customer and Ur Trax Need My Vox before work begins. This may include discussions regarding the customer’s track, style, references, deadlines, revisions, pricing, deliverables, and other requirements.

Payment for custom topline services is handled separately from the website, normally by PayPal invoice or another payment method agreed with the customer.

The specific scope of each custom topline service will be based on the agreement reached between the customer and Ur Trax Need My Vox before work begins.

Specific terms relating to the ownership and permitted use of purchased non-exclusive toplines are covered by the Non-Exclusive Topline Licence & Usage Terms.

Specific terms relating to the ownership and permitted use of custom toplines are covered by the Exclusive Custom Topline Licence & Usage Terms.

5. Purchasing Toplines

All prices displayed on the website are in British Pounds (£) unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product.
• You have reviewed the product description and applicable licence terms before completing your purchase.
• The purchased topline is supplied under the terms of the applicable Non-Exclusive Topline Licence & Usage Terms.

Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

The specific terms of a custom topline service, including price, deliverables, revisions, deadlines, and other requirements, will be agreed separately with the customer before work begins.

6. Payment

For non-exclusive toplines purchased through the website, payment is required at the time of purchase.

Custom topline services are paid for separately through a payment method agreed with Ur Trax Need My Vox, normally via PayPal invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before work begins.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

We do not store your full payment details.

By completing a purchase or paying a custom topline invoice, you authorise payment using your chosen payment method.

7. Digital Products and Delivery

Non-exclusive toplines are delivered digitally through your account after payment has been successfully completed.

Purchased files are made available for download immediately after purchase, subject to successful payment and any applicable technical requirements.

You may access your purchased toplines and related files through your account and may download them again in the future where they remain available.

The Non-Exclusive Topline Licence & Usage Terms and these Terms and Conditions are included with the files supplied with each non-exclusive topline purchase and remain available through your account.

We do not provide physical products.

If you experience an issue accessing purchased files, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

8. Custom Topline Services

Custom topline services are created specifically for the customer’s track and are subject to the agreed scope of work between the customer and Ur Trax Need My Vox.

The service may include original vocal melodies, lyrics, professionally recorded vocals, vocal editing, and the delivery of agreed audio files.

The specific deliverables, price, timescale, revisions, and other requirements will be agreed with the customer before work begins.

Work will normally begin once payment has been received and the required track and project information have been provided.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for providing a suitable version of their production and any relevant information required to complete the work.

The customer may request revisions in accordance with the agreed scope of work. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to an additional charge, which will be agreed before the additional work is carried out.

Final files will be delivered digitally in the formats agreed with the customer.

Ownership and permitted use of the completed custom topline and vocal recordings will be governed by the Exclusive Custom Topline Licence & Usage Terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The standard custom topline service does not include an assignment or transfer of songwriting copyright, publishing rights, or writer shares unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase or service.

For non-exclusive digital toplines, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. Where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery of the digital files and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel once delivery begins, that cancellation right will not apply once digital delivery has begun, as permitted by law.

If purchased digital content is defective, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable statutory requirements, you may have legal rights to a remedy. Please contact us if you experience a problem with a purchased topline.

For custom topline services, cancellation and refund arrangements will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation and the stage reached in the work, subject to your statutory rights.

Where a custom service has begun at your express request before the end of any applicable cancellation period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied up to the point of cancellation, where permitted by law.

If you wish to cancel a custom topline service, please contact us as soon as possible.

10. Preview Files and Watermarked Materials

Any preview files, demos, or watermarked versions provided during the custom topline process remain the property of Ur Trax Need My Vox.

These materials may not be released, distributed, publicly shared, or used commercially unless a licence or service agreement has been completed.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in original toplines and vocal recordings remain with Ur Trax Need My Vox unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a non-exclusive topline does not transfer ownership of the original recording or topline. Usage rights are granted according to the Non-Exclusive Topline Licence & Usage Terms.

For custom topline services, the customer receives the rights granted under the Exclusive Custom Topline Licence & Usage Terms. This does not include an assignment or transfer of songwriting copyright, publishing rights, or writer shares unless separately agreed in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Ur Trax Need My Vox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
