Non-Exclusive Topline Licence & Usage Terms
Effective upon purchase
This agreement governs the use of the non-exclusive topline vocal recordings and related materials provided by Ur Trax Need My Vox.
By purchasing and downloading these files, you agree to these terms.
1. Parties
Licensor: Ur Trax Need My Vox
Licensee: The individual or entity purchasing and downloading the topline
2. Licence & Rights
You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the included vocal recordings and topline in the creation of new musical works.
This licence applies only to the vocal recordings and topline provided.
Ur Trax Need My Vox retains full ownership of the original recordings and may continue to license or sell them to other parties without restriction.
3. Permitted Uses
You may:
- Create new musical compositions using the topline.
- Record, produce, and release finished songs commercially.
- Distribute music on digital streaming platforms.
- Sell recordings as digital downloads.
- Perform the resulting music live.
- Submit finished works to labels, distributors, or similar services.
You own the final master recording(s) you create using the licensed materials.
There are no limits on the number of releases using this topline.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, re-license, distribute, or share the original vocal recordings or raw files in any form.
- Use the vocals in sample packs or similar products.
- Register the raw vocals in any content identification system that restricts others.
- Claim ownership of the original recordings or topline.
- Use the vocals for sync licensing or any audiovisual use without prior written approval.
5. Credit
Credit is not required but is greatly appreciated.

6. Delivery & Refunds
All files are delivered digitally upon purchase.
All sales are final except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence.
Ur Trax Need My Vox is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the materials.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
